Magnesium is a vital mineral the body cannot produce on its own. It's specially needed for the growth of bones, nails and teeth. Young people, pregnant women and older people may have a particular need for calcium. Since calcium can only be stored in the bones with the aid of vitamin D3, calcium is also especially important for a balanced supply of vitamin D3. Only three Julphar® calcium tablets plus vitamin D3 each day are enough to ensure the supply of calcium and vitamin D3!
Dosage:
Swallow 1 tablet three times a day with a drink of water during meals.
